The concept of this album is to create music for restaurants in China, music that would be different than the usual pop music they play here.

The songs on this album were recorded home in Beijing between 2011 and 2013.

All vocals, words, and all instruments: Djang San, Zhang Si’an
(Jean-Sébastien Héry et de Galzain) except on « Fairy Tale », words and voices by Sandrine Wang.

All sounds in « End of the World (part 4) », « Mashed Potatoes »,
« Inverted Mess » and «Morning Hangover » were recorded on the streets in different locations in Mainland China and Hong Kong by Djang San, Zhang Si'an (Jean-Sébastien Héry et de Galzain).
